CARING FOR EVERY CHILD'S MENTAL HEALTH: Communities Together
-Campaign Goals

The CARING FOR EVERY CHILD'S MENTAL HEALTH: Communities Together campaign aims to:

-Increase public awareness that the mental health of every child and adolescent is as important as physical health;

-Help families, educators, health care and social service professionals and others to recognize mental health problems in children and adolescents and seek appropriate intervention and services early;

-Diminish the stigma associated with mental health problems;

-Assist and support the Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services for Children Program grantees with their community-based education; and

-Nationally disseminate knowledge that has been gained from model programs and science-based research.
