Emergency Services at Crisis Intervention Center of Stark County, Inc.

The Crisis Intervention Center provides 24-hour assistance for persons with mental health
emergencies. The Crisis Center is available to all residents of Stark County. Its purpose is to
provide crisis intervention in the community, decrease the need for hospitalization, and assure
appropriate use of community resources. Available assistance includes 24 hour/ 7 days a week/ 365 days a year crisis intervention, a crisis stabilization unit, mobile outreach, family support groups, and a wide variety of public education programs.
