The Stark County Community Mental Health Board belongs to two networks, the Metro Behavioral Health Care Network (METNET), and the HEARTLAND Network. Goals common to both include the standardization of the consumer experience through the creation of a "seamless" service delivery system, improved measurements of quality of care, and the achievement of cost savings in realizing economies of scale. Both networks act as strong advocates for people with mental illness in providing leadership on mental health and substance abuse issues at both a local and state level.

HEARTLAND - A network of 10 county Mental Health Boards and ADAMH boards that are in close geographic proximity in the east-central portion of Ohio.
