Crisis Incident Debriefing

Crisis Incident Debriefing is a preventive measure aimed at reducing stress that can be brought on by any incident or experience that causes or results in extraordinary emotion and overwhelms or impairs a person's normal ability to cope (i.e., sudden death of a co-worker or client; sudden financial reversal of an organization; discovery of major fraud and abuse of money in an organization; or major clients rights violations perpetrated by a staff member.)
