Services provided include counseling, community support services, psychological evaluation, school-based and community-based services, partial hospitalization, and education and prevention programs.

Access and Urgent Care Information

Child and Adolescent Service Center (CASC) is presently able to schedule children, adolescents and youth with urgent care needs within three working days. The majority of families calling for help other are offered services within fourteen days. The exceptions to these timelines are a result of the following:
(1) the family?s need for specific scheduling times (e.g., after school appointments),
(2) the family?s request to see a certain provider, or attend a specific agency location, and
(3) the lack of availability with certain specialized CASC programs or services. Every effort is made to offer other alternatives, though many families elect to wait until the specific provider, location, program or time slot become available.
