The Peer to Peer Education Program is a course on the topic of recovery for any person with mental illness who is interested in estabishing and maintaining wellness. Mental illnesses include schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, panic disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. Other topics convered are relapse prevention, coping strategies and relationships.

Classes are taught by teams of three trained "mentors," or peer teachers who are experienced at living well with mental illness.
